- LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Plain City Planning Commission will hold three public hearings on Thursday, July 13, 2023 - which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall, 4160 West 2200 North. The purpose of the first hearing is to receive public comment on a proposed amendment concerning the Assisted Living for Elderly Persons/ Residential Treatment Facility for persons with a disability. The second hearing is to add Nonresidential Treatment Facilities to our code. The third hearing is to amend the Commercial Zone Ordinance. More information may be obtained at the City Office. Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing or to file written comments with the City Recorder at the same address. The hearing will also be accessible via ZOOM.
