- The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding amending Chapter 5 in the Fillmore City Municipal Code to reorganize the Board of Adjustments and Appeals of city zoning decisions to one independent person and the Board of Adjustments to review and decide on all variances. Individuals needing special accommodations must notify the city office at 743-5233 at least three business days prior to the meeting.
