a. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution 2023-03 opening all of the City's 2022/2023 budgets and making interdepartmental transfers and adjustments to balance the budgets.
b. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution 2023-04 setting the salaries and benefits for city employees for 2023-2024.
c. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a code amendment 2023-06 setting the salaries and benefits of statutory officers and elected officials for 2023-2024.
d. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution 2023-05 adopting the 2023/2024 operating and capital budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund and Storm Water Fund.
e. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution 2023-06 setting the dollar value for the 'Fee in Lieu of Water'; dedication transfer upon development and/or subdividing for 2023/2024.
