Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct public hearings as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. In the following order: a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10, 'Land Use Regulations' chapter 44, 'Additional Requirements', section 9, 'Ag Tourism which will define the rules and regulations for operating Ag Tourism in Wellsville City. b. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, to repeal title 10, chapter 48 in its entirety and replace with an amended title 10 chapter 48 of the Wellsville Land Use Regulations to include updates that comply with the Local Land Use Development Management Act of the State of Utah.
