- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Lansky Pickle Ball Courts Low Impact Permit Parcel SL-D-241 (2.43 acres), located at 1201 Beehive Dr., Silver Creek, Summit County, UT Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission in accordance with Section 10-3-4 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on the Lansky Pickle Ball Courts Low Impact Permit. The applicant Chris Riley (Utah Commercial Contractors Inc.), on behalf of Seth and Jennifer Lansky (Beehive Court LLC), is requesting a Low Impact Permit for a ~9,200 sq. ft. 'Recreation and athletic facilities, private use' facility on Parcel SL-D-241. The proposal includes but is not limited to; three pickle ball courts (~7,200 sq. ft.), a golf simulator area (~280 sq. ft.), lobby (~850 sq. ft.), one bathroom with a shower, one half-bath, with utility and storage areas. The owners have stated that the proposed facility will be for their personal use.
