PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the following projects:
- Ordinance Text Amendment: Staff proposes amendments to Title 13.34 of the Payson City Code, relating to Home Occupations.
- Ordinance Text Amendment: Staff proposes amendments to add Title 13.21 of the Payson City Code to provide Water Efficiency Standards for Landscaping and to modify Sections 12.26.140, 13.14.050.13, 13.14.060.10, 13.14.070.14, 13.14.080.13, 13.14.090.13, 13.14.100.13, 13.14.110.10, 13.14.120.13, 13.14.130.16, 13.14.140.15, 13.14.150.14, 13.14.160.13, 13.14.170.13, 13.14.180.12, 13.14.190.15, 13.14.190.16, 13.14.320.11, and 13.14.330.16 of the Payson City Code, all relating to landscaping requirements.
- General Plan Amendment: Spring Creek Specific Area Plan
The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
