PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of the Local Building Authority of Emery County will meet at 2:30pm on June 20, 2023 in the Emery County Courthouse Commission Chambers, 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah.

Open Bids for the RFQ regarding new construction and erection of pre-engineered metal building as a new gasification facility, including new HVAC, electrical, other utility services and related work.
PUBLIC HEARING: Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding an application for funding to be submitted to the Utah Community Impact Board (CIB) pertaining to engineering, design and construction of a new Senior Citizen Center in Huntington, UT.
Discuss/Approve/Deny meeting minutes from the May 16, 2023 LBA Meeting
Approval of any bills to be paid through the Local Building Authority.
Ratification of signing Amendment #1 to the contract between Emery County LBA and the Utah Office of Energy Development regarding the San Rafael Energy Research Center.
Any other business which may regularly come before the Board.
