PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.

2. Site Plan
A. FLYING CLUB HANGAR REPLACEMENTS. The proposal involves the replacement of airport hangars located at 2050 North 300 West.
3. Minor Plat Amendment and Zone Change
A. GREEN ACRES ESTATES PLAT F. The proposal involves changing the current zoning from R-1-9 to R-1-8 to allow for the amendment of 3 lots with existing single-family residences located at 850 East 900 South.
4. Annexation
A. MINER-GOODWIN ANNEXATION. The proposal requests that 59 acres located at approximately 3100 East 100 South be annexed into the City.

A. MCKELL RETAIL CONCEPT.
