Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, to repeal title 10, chapter 48 in its entirety and replace with an amended title 10 chapter 48 of the Wellsville Land Use Regulations to include updates that comply with the Local Land Use Development Management Act of the State of Utah.
