CITY OF WEST JORDAN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan City Council on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 6:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) in the Thomas M. Rees Justice Center, Community Room, 1st Floor, 8040 S. Redwood Rd, West Jordan, UT 84088. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following items:
- Ordinance No. 23-19 amending the 2009 West Jordan city code adding a definition for petting zoos and allowing petting zoos as a conditional use in the P-C and P-F zones; amending city code sections 13-2-3, 13-5C-4, and 13-5G-3)
- Ordinance No. 23-18 amending Section 13-6K-4B Interchange Overlay Zone
- Ordinance No. 23-14 amending the annual budget for Fiscal Year 2023
- Resolution No. 23-044 adopting the Consolidated Fee Schedule for Fiscal Year 2024
- Resolution No. 23-035 adopting the Tentative Budget and setting the public hearing date for Fiscal Year 2024
