- Public Notice Request for Qualifications: The City of South Salt Lake is seeking a highly qualified engineering firm to complete a Pavement Analysis and Pavement Master Plan. Qualified firms are requested to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and fee schedule to provide the engineering services outlined in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The selected firm will work closely with SSLC's Engineering and Street Departments. SOQs will be accepted from various firms in order to conduct a fair and extensive evaluation. Complete and timely submittal of all required documents listed in the RFQ is required for the SOQ to be considered. The City of South Salt Lake will accept SOQs for the project until 2:00 p.m. on July 6th, 2023. SOQs received after 2:00 p.m. will not be considered. The preferred method of submittal is through the Utah Public Procurement Place (SciQuest). Additionally, each respondent may submit FIVE (5) physical copies and one digital of their proposal addressed to: City Recorder - City of South Salt Lake 220 E Morris Ave., Suite 200 South Salt Lake, UT 84115-3200 The Request for Qualifications can be obtained from SciQuest or the Engineer, Shelbey Brewer at sbrewer@sslc.gov after 9 a.m. on June 19th, 2023. The winning consultant will be notified by 5 p.m. on July 10th, 2023. The City of South Salt Lake reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any informality or technicality in any proposals if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
