INVITATION TO BID:
SOUTH SALT LAKE ANIMAL SHELTER INCINERATOR
The City of South Salt Lake will accept bids for the project titled: South Salt Lake Animal Shelter Incinerator, until 3:00 PM on June 28th, 2023. All required documents for the bidding process shall be submitted to Ariel Andrus, City Recorder. Submittals may be printed and delivered to 220 E Morris Ave, Suite 200. Bidder is responsible for ensuring receipt of bid package before deadline, late submittals will not be accepted. Digital submissions via email to aandrus@sslc.gov or U3P will be accepted. The City of South Salt Lake reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality or technicality, and to make reductions in or expand the scope of work in any bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
The scope of work includes the equipment, materials, services, and appurtenances thereto as included in the contract documents for the construction of new addition to building for new incinerator, supply and install incinerator as specified at the South Salt Lake Animal Shelter located at 2274 S. 600 W., South Salt Lake City, 84115.
Plans and specifications for the project can be obtained from Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) at purchasing.utah.gov or the Project Manager, Steve Niederhauser after 10:00 AM on June 12th, 2023. All answers and addenda will only be posted on U3P. A 5% Bid Security will be required.
There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting for this project on site at 10:00 AM on June 20th, 2023. Attendance at the Pre-Bid meeting is not mandatory.
