- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on June 13, 2023, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 23-19: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-1-107 OF THE WEST VALLEY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO AMEND CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING COUNCIL MEETINGS.'
