1. Ordinance 2023-ZC-10: Discussion and consideration of a Zone Change Amendment request and related agreement for property located at
approximately 2174 West 3000 South to contain an extraction overly with the existing underlying zone remaining, RA-1, residential one unit per acre. Parcel
numbers H-3376-A and H-3375. Washington County Water Conservancy District Applicant.
2. Discussion regarding enforcement of City's nuisance ordinances. -Fred Resch III

1. Consideration and possible revocation of the Silver Flats Zone Change due to the property owners not fulfilling the conditions of approval.
2. Consideration and possible approval of an Active Transportation Cooperative Agreement with UDOT on a trail project along Sand Hollow Road-Arthur LeBaron
3. Consideration and possible approval of Resolution 2023-25 declaring the proposed use of land qualifies as a valid public use located at approximately
500 N State Street
4. Consideration and possible approval of awarding a contract for Turf Sod Road Spot Improvements
5. Consideration and possible approval of Ordinance 2023-10 creating a Good Landlord Program
6. Public Hearing to take comments on the following:
a. 2023-2024 Fiscal Year Budget
