- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on June 13, 2023, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2023-06-19 which created Chapter 17.21 of the city code related water efficiency standards. The ordinance includes the purpose, applicability, and definitions. It layouts the landscaping requirements, the prohibition on restrictive covenants on grass requirement, additional recommendations, and the penalties and violation. The ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Dated this 14th day of June 2023.
