The Garland City Council adopted ORDINANCE, O-23-03, on May 17, 2023, rezoning parcels 06-064-0010 and 06-064-0012 located at approximately 415 West Factory Street for approximately 88 acres from Agricultural Zone (A1) to Manufacturing Zone (M1). A copy of the ordinance is attached.
