PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.

2. Utility Improvement Plan
A. CANYON CREEK COMMERCIAL CENTER. This proposal involves the improvement of utilities located at approximately 1700 North Canyon Creek Parkway.
3. Site Plan
A. VERSI RENTALS STORE. This proposal involves development of a commercial rental store located at approximately 3501 North 1150 West.
B. DON BENNETT COMMERICAL LOT 2. The proposal involves commercial development of property located at approximately 1600 North 300 West.
C. WASATCH PALLET. This proposal involves amending the existing site plan approval on a site plan located at approximately 800 West 1000 North.
4. Title 12 Amendment
