NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on June 13th at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome: Open Public Budget Hearing 2. Budget for 2023-2024 3. Close Public Hearing 4. Open Public Meeting: Welcome 5. Approval of Budget for 2023-2024 6. Braydon Powell: Old Trucks in Cemetery. 7. Citizen Concerns: 8. Ordinance pertaining to animal regulations etc. 9. Enforcement Plan for Ordinances 10. Town Employee Report: 11. Recreation Board Report: 12. CVSSD Board Report: 13. Beautification Committee Report: a. Sprinkler system in the park b. Bid on the playground. c. Update on finishing up the park. 14. Board Member Reports/Concerns: 15. Review of Past Due Water Bills: 16. Gabbe's Items -Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements. Any other business that may regularly come before the Council. Please call ahead if you need specific accommodation that we can assist you to fully participate at this meeting at 503-442-7459.
