- To be posted on Monday, June 12, 2023 on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Draper City Website, and at Draper City Hall. Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the X DEVELOPMENT SITE PLAN AND DEVIATION request. Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on the above listed request for property located at approximately 699 EAST PIONEER ROAD. The purpose of the request is to seek approval of a Site Plan for an office building on an approximate 0.99 acre site in the CN (Neighborhood Commercial) zone. The proposed building will be approximately 19,453 square feet in size and will be used as an office building. The applicant is also requesting approval for the following deviations, including deviating from the required minimum ten foot (10') landscaping buffer adjacent to the non-residential property, and deviating from required cross access with all non-residential development. The hearing will be on Thursday June 22, 2023 at 6:30 pm.
