Description/Agenda: Nibley City Council Public Hearing Notice The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following: CIB grant funding application of $30,000 for the Nibley City Storm Water Master Plan Ordinance 23-26: Code Enforcement Procedure, adopting NCC 1.08.040 and amending 7.02.060 When: June 22, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley, Utah A full report will be posted on the City's website by June 20, 2023, as part of the City Council's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website. You may submit comments in writing before the meeting either by mail to Nibley City Hall or email to cheryl@nibleycity.com.
