- Notice & Agenda Central Valley Town Planning & Land Use Commission Notice is hereby given that the Central Valley Town Planning and Land Use Commission will hold its regular commission meeting on June 14, 2023 at 7:30 PM at the Central Valley Town Hall, 50 West Center, Central Valley, Utah 84754. The agenda will be as follows: (The order of business may be changed as time permits). Welcome Pledge of allegiance Minutes Approval: May 10, 2023 Agenda: 1. General Plan Project - Tyler Timmons - review and discussion to set for public hearing July 12, 2023 2. Short-Term Rental Ordinance - review of recommended amendments and decision to send to town council for further processing 3.
