LEGAL NOTICE SANTA CLARA CITY 2023 GENERAL ELECTION & CANDIDATES PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Santa Clara City will NOT hold a Primary Election on September 5, 2023, for the following offices: 3 City Council Positions (4-Year Terms) The following individuals have met the qualifications to be candidates in the Santa Clara City Municipal General Election on November 21, 2023. Council Member: David Pond Leina Mathis Jarett Waite Write in Candidate: Janene Burton Santa Clara City is conducting a 'Vote by Mail Method'. Santa Clara Drop Location is: 'The Santa Clara Library' located at 1099 S. Lava Flow Dr. for DISTRICTS 1, 2, 3, & 4: If you wish to vote in person, the polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Santa Clara City Office at 2603 Santa Clara Drive ALL VOTERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW VALID VOTER IDENTIFICATION.
