- The Brian Head Town Council acting as the governing body for the Brian Head Special Service District A. CALL TO ORDER B. PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE C. DISCLOSURES D. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: 1. April 11, 2023 Town Council Closed Session Meeting 2. May 9, 2023 Town Council Closed Session Meeting 3. May 23, 2023 Town Council Meeting E. REPORTS / PUBLIC INPUT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS. Public input is limited to three (3) minutes on non-agenda items. F. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2024 BUDGET(S). Mayor/Chair Calloway. The Council/ will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the fiscal year budgets for the Town, Redevelopment Agency, Special Service District and Municipal Building Authority. Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than noon on Monday, June 12, 2023 to nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov. 2. ORDINANCE/RESOLUTIONS ADOPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2023 BUDGET(S). Shane Williamson, Town Treasurer. The Council/Boards will consider an ordinance/resolution adopting the FY2024 Budgets for the Town, RDA, SSD, and MBA for the budgets ending June 30, 2024.
