DISCUSS THE TRANSITION TO A LOCAL DISTRICT IN OPERATIONS, MAJOR PROJECTS, ACCOUNTING, BOUNDARIES, RIGHT OF WAYS AS WELL AS PROGRESS ON EIN AND STATE TAX ID# AND DISTRICT BANK ACCOUNT. 2. DISCUSS ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN AGREED ON BY THE SOLDIER SUMMIT SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT BUT DUE TO THE TRANSITION TO SOLDIER SUMMIT LOCAL DISTRICT, HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED.
