- The City of Logan has received a petition to vacate public utility easements on property located at 85 Crayon Court and at 701 Southwest Street, Logan, Utah. The public utilities utility easements are located at 85 Crayon Court (Lot 43) and 701 Southwest Street (Lot 2) Logan, Utah. The public utility easements are located between the West property line and ten feet (10') West of the property line of Lot 43 and five feet (5') East of the property line of Lot 2 except the North five feet (5') and south five feet (5'). Parcels 02-167-0043 and 02-071-0041. The Logan Municipal Council will hold a public hearing on July 18, 2023 not before 5:30 p.m. in the Logan Municipal Council Chambers, 290 North 100 West, Logan Utah to consider the adoption of an ordinance vacating said easements. The petition will be available for signing in the City Engineering Office until 5:00 p.m. on the date indicated above. Documents pertaining to said public utility easements are available for inspection at the City Recorder's Office, 290 North 100 West, during regular office hours.
