NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FARMINGTON CITY COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Council will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following:
1. Update and adopt an impact fee analysis for Fire and therefore, pursuant to the provisions of 11-36a-502 and 504 of the Utah Code, notice is hereby provided to you of the intent of Farmington to update and adopt an Impact Fee Analysis. The proposed analysis will be located in the City's boundaries and potential annexation areas. Those receiving this Notice are invited to provide information to be considered in adopting the impact fee analysis.
