- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10, 'Land Use Regulations' chapter 44, 'Additional Requirements', section 9, 'Ag Tourism which will define the rules and regulations for operating Ag Tourism in Wellsville City.
