PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given the Brigham City Council will hold a public hearing to receive input on a petition to vacate the westerly 10 feet of the existing 20 foot wide utility easement on the east side of the old Shopko property located at 747 South Main Street, more particularly: The west 10 feet of the existing 20 foot wide utility easement running along the east property line on Lot 1, Amendment to Lot 1 Brigham Intermountain Development Plat E. The request is to accommodate proposed garages associated with the housing project called Brigham Lofts. The public hearing will be held Thursday, July 6, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604.
