- TOOELE CITY 2023 NOTICE OF LIST OF CANDIDATES Notice is hereby given that Tooele City had six (6) candidates file a Declaration of Candidacy for three (3) City Council seats, all four-year terms. The names of the persons who filed for City Council, and the order that their names will appear on the ballot, are: Ryan J. Parker Doug Yei Ed Hansen Melodi M. Gochis Tony F. Graf Justin G. Brady The general election is currently scheduled for Tuesday, November 21, 2023.
