- 2023 Notice of Candidate Filing In accordance with UCA ยง20A-9-203, notice is given of the following names of candidates as they will appear on the 2023 Municipal Primary Election ballot: City Council Candidate Names: Leann Smart Nebeker Mikehel Murphy Bill Fowler Yvonne Colby Roy Adams Jared J. Bollinger Delbert Staheli According to UCA 20A-9-404(4)(c)(ii), if the number of candidates for a particular office exceeds twice the number of offices to be filled at the regular municipal election, those candidates for municipal office shall be nominated at a municipal primary election. Please note the candidate names are listed per the 2022-2023 Master Ballot Position list (see State Code 20A-6-305).
