ORANGEVILLE CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING TO BE HELD AT ORANGEVILLE CITY HALL Thursday June 8, 2023 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Orangeville City Council will hold its City Council meeting on the 8th day of June 2023 at 7:00 pm. At City Hall, 25 North Main Street Orangeville Utah. AGENDA Opening Ceremonies Prayer, invocation or uplifting thought and Pledge of Allegiance Public Comment - Time limit is 3 minutes per person. Approval of Bills and Warrants Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting Approval / Deny Intermountain Insurance Services - Tyler Kelsey Richard Cox - Service Connection Doug Stilson - Traffic Issues on Main Street Refund Nick Manning Pavilion Rental Fee Approval / Deny - Tasha Jewkes- Full Time with Benefits Seth Manning - Address the Council Staff Reports Mike Tuttle - Fire Chief Seth Manning - Zoning Administrator Travis Richards - Maintenance and Animal Control City Treasurer Tasha Jewkes - City Recorder Lisa Baskin - City Attorney Council Member Reports Planning & Zoning, Board of Adjustments Historical Committee, Economic Development Carol Stilson - Beautification committee (City Improvements) Beautification- Planters & Decorations, YCC Shaun Bell - Parks, Fire Dept., Public Safety, Community Service Tracy Addley- Parks and Recreation, City Clean-up, Cemetery, Main Street improvements Brandon Hoffman - Roads, Water & Sewer, Animal Control David Robertson - Mayors Report Closed Session for the purpose of discussing the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; strategy for pending or reasonably imminent litigation; strategy for the purchase, exchange, sale, or lease of real property, including any water right or water shares; the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems; or investigative proceedings to investigate alleged criminal misconduct. Utah Code § 52-4-205. In compliance with the ADA, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify the City Recorder at 748-2651 at least 3 days prior to the meeting. Anyone wishing to participate in the opening ceremonies with a prayer, invocation or uplifting thought, should notify the City Recorder at least 3 days prior to the meeting.
