PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Promontory Liberty Ranch at Star Point Final Subdivision Plat (1 Lot) and Final Site Plan (40 Units) Parcel SS-51-C, located at 6680 Promontory Ranch Rd., Promontory, Summit County, UT Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Manager in accordance with the Eastern Summit County Development Code and Promontory Development Agreement will conduct a public hearing to discuss and take action on Promontory Liberty Ranch at Star Point Final Subdivision Plat and Final Site Plan. The applicant is requesting to allocate 40 units of employee housing in the Promontory Specially Planned Area, located at 6680 Promontory Ranch Rd., Promontory, Summit County, UT.
