NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS DURING THE REGULAR PLANNNING COMMISSION MEETING JUNE 14, 2023, CONVENING AT 6:00 P.M.:
1. Public input is sought on Ordinance 2023.XX - Multiple Use 20 MU-1-20 Zone to modify permitted uses.
2. Public input is sought on Ordinance 2023.XX - Landscape Ordinance to establish definitions and landscape standards.
3. Public input is sought on a Conditional Use Permit Application submitted by Dustin Black located at 932 S Mulberry Drive, Toquerville, UT. Tax ID # T-AHP-A-121. Current zoning is Single Family Residential R-1-12.
Copies of applications and ordinance drafts are available for review at the Toquerville City Office (212 North Toquer Boulevard)
