Notice is hereby given, that the Gunnison City Council will conduct a public hearing on June 28, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. at Gunnison City Hall, located at 38 West Center Street in Gunnison. The purpose of the hearing will be to discuss an application for funding from the State of Utah Community Impact Board (CIB). The funding request is to assist in costs associated with engineering and designing a new culinary well for the city along with evaluating and obtaining rights-of-way and utility permits for the well. Further information can be obtained by contacting Dennis Marker, Gunnison City Administrator, at 435-528-7969 or emailing dmarker@gunnisoncity.org. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Valerie Andersen at 38 West Center Street, Gunnison, UT 84634 at least three days prior to the hearing.
