Public notice is hereby given that the City Council and the Neighborhood Redevelopment Agency of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a work in the Administrative Conference Room at the St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah, on Thursday, June 8, 2023, commencing at 4:00 p.m.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. Discussion regarding the proposed Tech Ridge Community Development
Area (CDA).
Adjourn from the joint Work Meeting of the City Council and Neighborhood Redevelopment Agency and convene in the City Council Work Meeting.
1. Request a closed meeting to discuss litigation, security, property acquisition or sale, or the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual.
2. Discussion regarding changes to City code pertaining to special events.
3. Reports and updates from the Mayor, Councilmembers, and City Manager.
