Description/Agenda: SUMMARY OF ADOPTION OF RICHFIELD CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2023-5 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 9, 2023, the Mayor and City Council of Richfield Adopted Ordinance 2023-5, an Ordinance Amending the Richfield Ctiy Zoning Ordinance, a Land Use Ordinance of Richfield City, Amending Table 31-3 Establishing Standards and Requirments for High-Density Multi-Family Residental Development in the RM-24 Zoning District.
