**Notice is hereby given that the Emigration Improvement District has TWO elective positions on the Emigration Improvement District Board of Trustees to be filled at the next general election in November 2023. Each member of board of trustees shall be a registered voter at the location of the member's residence and a resident within the boundaries of the Emigration Improvement District. Declarations for candidacy must be filed in person with the District Manager, Eric Hawkes, between June 1, 2023 and June 7, 2023. Subject to availability, Declarations of Candidacy will be accepted during the hours of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at 271 N Margarethe Lane, Salt Lake City, UT 84108.
