- BUDGET PUBLIC HEARINGS Final 2023-24 Budget A public hearing for the Brigham City Redevelopment Agency 2023-2024 final budget will be held immediately following the Brigham City Council Meeting on June 15, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in City Hall, 20 North Main Street. A public hearing for the Brigham City Municipal Building Authority 2023-2024 final budget will be held on June 15, 2023 immediately following the Brigham City Redevelopment Agency Meeting. All interested parties are invited to attend. A copy of the complete budget is available for review at the Office of the City Recorder, 20 North Main or online at https://www.bcutah.org/budget.htm. .
