- INVITATION TO BID Separate sealed bids for construction of the Washington Wheels Park Phase 1 - Mass Grading will be received by Washington City from bidders. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, June 7th, 2023, 9:00 AM MDT at George Washington Blvd. and Rolling Rock Dr., Washington, UT, 84780. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 P.M. Monday, June 12th, 2023 at the City Offices located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah, 84780. The work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to construct the facilities and features called for by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and as shown on the DRAWINGS. Washington Wheels Park Phase 1 - Mass Grading Plans and Specifications have been prepared by Rosenberg Associates and will be available Tuesday, May 30th, 2023 on the Washington City website using the following link: https://washqa.org/planspecs/WheelsParkPhase1
