5. Report on an Outdoor Classroom Grant Award for Firefly Park (By Becky Yeager)
6. Staff report regarding the status of Master Plans and Feasibility Studies: status of an update to the Parks and Recreation Master Plan, an Indoor Recreation Space Feasibility Study, and related City Hall and Public Works feasibility studies. The Parks and Recreation Committee involvement and support for these plans will also be discussed. (By Chad Wright- Intro) (President or Acting President- Lead Discussion)
7. Discussion and Consideration of survey questions & community outreach support for: Master plans and Feasibility studies, including direction and suggestions for survey questions that the steering committee can suggest for the Parks and Recreation Master Plan update. 10. Discussion and Consideration of the advantages and disadvantages of the creation of a Special Service District to accommodate recreation our for our community and others. Chad Wright (Intro), Discussion led by President or Acting President
11. Discussion and Consideration of continued efforts and opportunities to support the city budgeting process as a committee. Including efforts to share regular feedback from the community and evaluating priorities for the Nibley City Council at upcoming meetings (by President or Acting President)

13. Discussion and Consideration of action Items, assignments moving forward (President or Acting President)

1 Public input is welcomed at all Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee Meetings. 15 minutes have been allotted to receive verbal public comment. Verbal comments shall be limited to 3 minutes per person. A sign-up sheet is available at the entrance of the meeting, starting 15 minutes prior to each committee meeting and at the facilitators table for the duration of the public comment period. Commenters shall identify themselves by name and address on the comment form and or verbally for inclusion in the record. Comment will be taken in the order shown on the sign-up sheet. Written comment will also be accepted and entered into the record for the meeting if received prior to the conclusion of the meeting. Comments determined by the presiding officer to be in violation of Committee meeting rules shall be ruled out of order.
