- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m.. The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request for a design review permit, from Justin Call to have his existing home at 49 North 100 West be declared a ADU or Accessory Dwelling Unit. Tax Id #10-019-0006.
