NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, June 6, 2023
at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters:
Zoning Amendment - Request by Leisure Villas/Agate Beach, LLC. for a rezone on property (approximately 10.6 acres) located at approximately 2400 S 2800 W, from R-1 to R-3.
