NOTICE: Public notice is hereby given that the Box Elder County Redevelopment Agency will hold a Regular Meeting commencing at 11:30 A.M. on Tuesday May 30, 2023 in the Commission Chambers of the Box Elder County Courthouse, 01 South Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. AGENDA ITEMS A. URGA Presentation-Stuart Clason B. Receive and Vote on the Recommendation from the Planning Commission on Surplus Property to be Transferred to Brigham City for Storm Water System project-Brigham City C. Review Agreement #23-02 Transferring a Portion of Property on 1400 W to Brigham City, Along with an Existing Storm Water Pipe and Easement for the Purpose of Expanding the Storm Water System in That Area-Brigham City and Anne Hansen 3.
