The Helper City Council will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments on the adoption of the proposed budget for FY 2023-2024. The Public Hearing will be held Thursday, June 1, 2023, at approximately 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at 19 South Main Street Helper, Utah.
