CITY OF WOODS CROSS, UTAH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS REGARDING AMENDMENT OF OFF-STREET PARKING REGULATIONS WOODS CROSS PLANNING COMMISSION TUESDAY, JUNE 13, 2023, AT 6:30 P.M. IN PERSON AND BY VIDEOCONFERENCE AND WOODS CROSS CITY COUNCIL TUESDAY JUNE 20, 2023, AT 6:30 P.M. IN PERSON AND BY VIDEOCONFERENCE https://zoom.us/j/9358074960 Hearing #1 Please be advised that on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., at the Woods Cross Municipal Building, 1555 South 800 West and by via video teleconference, the Woods Cross Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comments regarding a proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance, Title 12, Chapter 24 entitled Off-Street Parking and Loading of the Woods Cross City Municipal Code. The proposed amendments would decrease the required parking for residential development at or adjacent to the UTA Frontrunner Station. The proposed amended regulations may be reviewed from a link on the 'notices' page of the City's website: www.woodscross.com/notices Hearing #2 Furthermore, the City Council will hold a second public hearing on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at the location noted above and via video teleconference. It is anticipated that at the conclusion of the public hearing the City Council will consider adoption of the proposed off-street parking amendments.
