The Hyde Park City Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings to consider 3 separate REZONE applications:
1. Dana Swensen - Consider rezoning property from agricultural (minimum 1 acre) to residential (minimum 20,000 square feet). Property address: 256 N 1000 E (parcel ID: 04-131-0016). See HPC Code section 12.120 Residential Estate Zone RE-20.
2. Two Brothers - Consider rezoning 80 acres from agricultural (minimum 1 acre) to a residential transition zone (medium density, varying housing styles). Property address: about 200 N 1300 E (parcel IDs: 04-001-0006 and 04-049-0002). See HPC Code section 12.145 Residential Transition Zone.
3. Wolfpack Property Group - Consider rezoning about 8 acres from commercial to a mixed-use (mix of commercial/retail and residential). Property address: 700 S 500 W (parcel ID: 04-058-0050). See HPC Code section 12.270 Mixed-Use Zone.
