MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m. and the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, JUNE 13, 2023 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Discussion/action on Conditional Use Permit for JB Entertainment at 129 North 1300 West. 4. Public Hearing: Ordinance amending the uses in the Commercial Zones. 5. Discussion/action on Public Hearing. 6. Commission and staff follow-up. 7. Adjourn. Notice of Public Meeting on Annexation Policy Plan Notice is hereby provided that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission has prepared a proposed Annexation Policy Plan in accordance with Utah Code Section 10-2-401.5. The Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on June 13, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Marriott-Slaterville City Legislative Chambers located at 1570 West 400 North, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah, to allow affected entities to examine the proposed Annexation Policy Plan and to provide input on it. The Planning Commission will accept and consider any additional written comments from affected entities until ten (10) days after the public meeting on June 23, 2023, before holding the required public hearing. The Planning Commission can make any modifications to the proposed Annexation Policy Plan the Planning Commission considers appropriate, based on input provided at or within ten (10) days after the public meeting. Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify the City Recorder at 801-627-1919 at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
