IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - CONTINUED The Iron County Commission will continue a public hearing from May 22, 2023 and consider action during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Monday, June 26, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Iron County Courthouse at 68 S 100 E, Parowan, Utah. The hearing is to receive public comment on an application to Vacate a Portion of Enoch Road, a public road - located near 5900 N Enoch Road, Enoch, Utah. Applicant: North Spring Ranch, c/o Spencer Jones. Approximately 0.41 acres (17,792 square feet - 66 feet wide by approximately 238.39 feet in length, including a 50 feet radius cul-de-sac) located within the N1/2 SE1/4 of Section 6, T35S, R10W, SLB&M, Iron County, UT (within APN: D-0171-0000-0000). All interested persons are invited to attend. Persons having questions or comments concerning this item may contact the Iron County Building/Zoning and Planning Department at (435) 865-5350.
