Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE: HEBER CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION In accordance with Utah State Code 52-4-205(c), the Heber City Council will convene for a Special Session at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at Heber City Hall located at 75 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah, in the City Council Chambers. The purpose of the Special Session is for the Heber City Council to hold a Closed Executive Session in order to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. Trina Cooke Heber City Recorder
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, those persons needing special accommodations, including special audio hearing assistance receivers, or who are non-English speaking, and who would like to participate, should contact Trina Cooke at 435-654-0757, ext. 7886, at least eight hours prior to the meeting.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: Ordinance 2006-05 allows Heber City Council Members to participate in meetings via telecommunications media.
