Tuesday, May 23rd at 5:30 pm
1. Call to order, Roll Call, Review/Vote to approve minutes from last meeting
2. Public Input (if any)
3. Strategic plan items:
o Create teams to review data once it comes in after last of May
o Survey updates from Jenn
o Technology Plan to add to strategic plan
4. New Members-action item for one more new board member
5. Policy Reviews-- both of these should be reviewed, any changes made, and approved.
o Internet Access Policy
o Collection Development Policy
6. Bylaws-final approval
o Add statement about Utah's Open Meetings
7. Board training-contact state to schedule board training for all members during June.
8. Action Items
Note: The Board may vote to discuss certain matters in Closed Session pursuant to Utah Code annotated 52-4-5.

Submitted Action Items for the agenda must be submitted to the Library Board Secretary by the Friday prior to the meeting and should be accompanied by any and all supporting written documentation. Without such documentation, the Board reserves the right to postpone the hearing of any item such documentation has been submitted.
